Because caviar is a delicate luxury product, The Caviar Concierge uses specialized, temperature-controlled logistics to guarantee freshness. 

 

Perishable Care & Handling

• Insulated Packaging: Every order is packed in custom insulated containers with specialized gel ice packs.

• Optimal Temperature: Our packaging maintains the required chilled temperature environment throughout transit.

• Immediate Refrigeration: Someone must be available to accept the delivery and place the caviar in refrigeration immediately. 

 

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

• Transit Window: Orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours to preserve product integrity.

• Same-Day Cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST Monday through Thursday ship the same day for next-day arrival.

• Late Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will process and ship the following business day.

• Weekend Restrictions: To avoid weekend transit delays, orders placed after Thursday at 12:00 PM CST ship the following Monday.

 

Order Tracking & Verification

• Real-Time Tracking: Customers receive a tracking link via email as soon as the carrier collects the package.

• Carrier Documentation: Delivery is officially verified via our carrier's detailed GPS and time-stamped confirmation reports.

• Address Accuracy: The Caviar Concierge is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to incorrect address inputs.
