  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Accuracy: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or stock errors.

  • Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. 

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Perishable Handling: Due to the delicate nature of caviar, we utilize specialized, temperature-controlled shipping.

  • Delivery Commitment: Delivery is final upon carrier confirmation via time-stamped and GPS-tracked reporting.

  • Receiver Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package immediately upon delivery. 

 

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Strict Policy: Caviar purchases are final and non-returnable due to the perishable nature of the product.

  • Exception: Returns are only evaluated if the integrated temperature indicator seal has changed color.

  • Claims: Visual proof of a discolored seal must be emailed to thecaviarconcierge@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. 

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, logos, text, graphics, and images are the property of The Caviar Concierge.

  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without express written consent. 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Product Consumption: We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.

  • Website Uptime: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website interface.

  • Damages: In no event shall our liability exceed the total dollar amount paid by you for the specific order in question. 

 

7. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
