I've always loved caviar, but Memphis is a caviar desert. Every trip I take, the ritual is the same: check in, then immediately hunt down a luxurious caviar service. It's non-negotiable.

Entertaining is in my nature. I live for bringing people together around exceptional food, and over the years, caviar kept pulling me back not just for its luxury, but for everything beneath it: the craftsmanship, the history, the quiet care that goes into every tin. There's a story in it.

What I kept noticing, though, was how often the experience felt cold. Intimidating. Even people who genuinely wanted to explore caviar didn't know where to start, and nobody was making it easier. I wanted to change that. To build something where clients feel guided rather than tested, where questions are welcomed, and where every recommendation is personal, thoughtful, and exactly right for them.
